Extremely polite, respectful or helpful in a way which is intended to be attractive but which does not seem sincere (informal, disapproving)
Slimy
If you describe a person or their manner as slimy, you mean that they appear to be friendly but in a way that you find unpleasant
Servile
Too eager to serve and please someone else in a way that shows you do not have much respect for yourself
Obsequious
Too eager to praise or obey someone
Compliment
A remark that express approval, admiration or respect
