alaṃ nibbānāya
“Enough for nibbāna” (i.e. something is sufficient in order to attain nibbāna, here alaṃ is an adverb).
buddhassa dānaṃ demi
“I give an offering to the Buddha”
buddhānaṃ lobho n’ atthi
“There is no greed for the buddhas”
(i.e. The buddhas do not have greed)
nibbānāya paccayo hoti
“It is a condition for nibbāna”
nagarānaṃ dhanaṃ deti
“Gives wealth to the cities”
desetvā
“having taught”
buddho dhammaṃ desetvā gāmaṃ gacchati
“The Buddha, having taught the Dhamma, goes to the village”
buddho dhammaṃ desetvā, gāmaṃ gantvā, rukkhaṃ passati
“The Buddha, having taught the Dhamma, having gone to the village, sees a tree”
buddho gāmaṃ gantvā purisānaṃ dhammaṃ desetvā saggaṃ gacchati
“The Buddha, having gone to the village, having taught the Dhamma to the men, goes to Heaven”

samaṇānaṃ akusalaṃ na ruccati
“What is unwholesome does not please ascetics” “Ascetics do not like what is unwholesome”
namo buddhānaṃ!
“Honor to the buddhas!”
samaṇo buddhassa paṭisuṇāti
“The ascetic replies in assent to the Buddha”
samaṇā buddhassa paṭisuṇanti
“The ascetics reply in assent to the Buddha”
samaṇā vacanena buddhassa paṭisuṇanti
“The ascetics reply in assent to the Buddha with a speech”
dhammo Ānandassa pātubhavati
“The Dhamma becomes manifest to Ānanda”
buddho gāmaṃ gantvā dhammaṃ deseti
“The Buddha, having gone to the village, teaches the Dhamma”
brāhmaṇā bhojanaṃ khāditvā nagaraṃ gacchanti
“The brahmins, after eating the meal, go to the city”
samaṇā dhammaṃ sutvā anumodanaṃ karonti
“The ascetics, after hearing the Dhamma, do the thanks-giving”
