Structured vs Unstructured Interviews
During an unstructured interview, the interviewer will ask questions as they come to mind.
Situation interviews
A series of Job-related questions that focus on how candidates would respond in a given situation
Behavioral Interview
Questions based on the job description of the vacant position and necessary skills related to that postion

halo-when focuses on one specific attribute of the applicant and lets it affect the evaluation of the applicant.
Stereotyping- when the interview-we lets personal biases pr prejudices positively or negatively influences the evaluation of the applicant
