person considered to be fit can fulfill a particular
function or can adapt or cope holistically in what
ever situation he or she may encounter.
Fitness
is an exercise program design by a person
according to his or her needs and abilities. the
design program should meet the body’s need
while considering the frequency, intensity, time
and type of activities that a person will engage
into.
FITT
this refers to one or more
things that one wants to achieve in doing a
task.
Personal goal/s
This refers to the criteria
commonly used in setting objectives. it is an
acronym of the words like specific, measurable,
achievable, realistic, and time bound
SMART Criteria
This must considered very
carefully in order to attain fitness goals and to
avoid any injury upon doing the exercise.
