Diversity
The presence of observable human differences among a collection of individuals.
Demography

The number of people within a population.
Density
The number of people living within a unit of area.
Composition
The biological, psychological, and sociological characteristics of the population.
Diversity Science
The study of the construction and interpretation of human differences and the extent to which observable differences relate to or affect human experiences and behavior.
Social Constructionism
A theory that all reality and meaning are subjective and created through dynamic interactions with other individuals and groups.
Code of Ethics
A set of principles, responsibilities, and standards followed to assure ethical research and professional conduct.
Dehumanization
A process or practice that is thought to reduce human beings to the level of mechanisms or nonhuman animals.
