- Define vision:
Vision is the ability to see what needs to change.

a. Degrees-A change of degree is simply doing the same thing, but at a greater level.
b. Kinds-However, there are times when we need to fundamentally change what we’re doing and do ministry in a different kind of way.
- How can we tell if we are being effective?
If we measure the things that are important to our vision, we can see if we’re being effective or not.
- Future success is not guaranteed by what?
Past success
- If we continue to tolerate inferior or ineffective things, what will be the result?
However, at some point, these things will become inhibitors of our growth and success in achieving our mission.
- When measuring, what must we distinguish between?
It is very important that we distinguish between inputs (raw resources) and outputs (results).
