Lesions run together, ex: hives.

Circular. Begins in center and spreads outward. E.g. Ringworm

A
Individual lesions that remain separate, ex: acne.

A
Twisted, snakelike.

Grouped
A
Clusters of lesions, ex: contact dermatitis. Lesions are individual but together.

A
A scratch, streak, line, or stripe.

Target
A
Concentric rings of color w/in lesion, resemble iris of eye, ex: Lyme Disease.

Zosteriform
A
Linear arrangement along. Unilateral nerve route, ex: herpes zoster (shingles).

A
Annular lesions that grow together, ex: psoriasis.
