What is the ACT emergencies ACT 2004?
Establishes the legislative framework for emergency planning, prevention response and recovery operations within the ACT.

What does the ACTF&R EA outline?
A specific agreement between employer and employee (eg firefighters and the government).
Outlines minimum entitlements such as pay, leave entitlements, hours of work, allowances etc.
The EA is the first point of references for any disputes, disagreements or claims such as workers compensation.
What is the purpose of the ACT Emergencies Plan?
Outlines responsibilities authorities
and mechanisms to manage emergencies and their consequences within ACT.
Provides structure in an emergency for multiple agencies, and identifies the lead agency and support agency in specific incidents and hazards.
