- New build extension which doesn’t fall within Permitted Development rights

What are the three main types of planning permission?
A
OUTLINE (application for undertaking a development in principle) RESERVED MATTER (Following outlined planning consent, providing further details for full planning approval) FULL PLANNING (Full detailed planning permission). Consent granted for a limited period.
