- Am I competent to undertake the inspection,
- properly insured
- has an agreement been signed
- RAMS
- Review all relevant building information
- All relevant equipment.

I considered the following:
- Lone working ( I adhered to my companies lone working policy) - Asbestos (although it was invasive inspection, I considered the likely presence on ACM's) - Access (A MEWP with trained operator was utilised for high level inspection - General hazards and confined spaces.

- Training - Adequate experience
- Supervision - Where necessary
