Soleus
O - Soleal line and middle-third of medial border of tibia, posterior aspect of head and superior-quarter of posterior surface of fibula, and tendinous arch coming from between bony attachments

Plantaris
O - Inferior end of lateral supracondylar line of femur, and oblique popliteal ligament

Popliteus
O - Lateral surface of lateral condyle of femur, and lateral meniscus

Flexor Digitorum Longus
