supply > 175,000
works > 4.35 million
Tendering to EU Regs
1) Must send out Periodic Indicative Notice (PIN) -> types/value of teners expected to be rewarded
2) Must make “call” to competition
Choosing a Tender to EU Regs
Should be rewards based on economic advantages or lowest offer.
- Must also let unsuccessful tenders know criteria of awarded tender and their and the successful tender’s score.
Technical Specifications to EU Regs
- Cannot specify supplier names
- Cannot describe product only ONE manufacture can make
