What aspects make up the building act 2004?
Sets performance standards for buildings so they are safe for people using them, safe in fires and promote sustainability
What aspects make up the Health and Safety act 1992?
It promotes safety at work through prevention of harm. It applies to everyone at work and focuses on systematic management
What is the purpose of Charted Professional Engineers act 2002?
It established registered engineers that follow a standard of codes and is run by an administrative body
What is the purpose of the Construction Contracts Act 2002?
To facilitate regular and timely payments, to provide quick resolution of disputes and to provide remedies
What is the purpose of the Resource Management Act 1991?
To promote sustainability of resources so they meet future needs as well as safeguarding air, water, soil and ecosystems and avoiding adverse effects to the environment
