Enterprise Content Management. It is an integrated approach to managing all of an organisation’s info including paper docs, data, reports, web pages, and digital assets

Communication, Coordination, and Cooperation

On one axis lies the time, the other axis has the place. One can either have different or same time/place. For Same time/same place - Conversation. Different time/same place - Post it note. Same time/different place - phone call. Different time/place - Letter, email, uns.
What are the differences between social web sites and CSCW (Computer Supported Cooperative Work)?
Social Web Sites have more participants, albeit they are voluntary most of the time. It is a new school approach. The CSCW is the more practical approach that most businesses use today. It involves email and things of this nature. It is a “we centric” thing, because it focuses on how to use technology to complete group work.
