Realism regarding Liberalism
-Classical Realism:
Matters little. Interests (conceptualized as power) trumps morality. Pursuit of power based on human nature.
-Structural Realism:
Matters little. Anarchy has same effect whether state is democratic or not. Leads to “self-help” system.

After 19th century Europe no longer frequently at war after setablishment of liberal states
