End of Aeneid
A
- Turnus surrenders and is on the ground and asks Aeneas to think of his father’s grief if he were to be killed and asks Aeneas to take pity on him. Or he asks for Aeneas to send back his body.
- very abrupt doesn’t seem to answer questions
- no wrap up, no end of the war
- don’t know what he does with the body
- see no wedding or foundation of a city

- Virgil describes him as humble in the text but Aeneas kills him anyway
