SCRUM
SCRUM is een populaire Agile framework voor projectmanagement en softwareontwikkeling. Het helpt teams om snel en flexibel te werken door taken in korte iteraties (sprints) uit te voeren. SCRUM wordt veel gebruikt in IT, maar ook in andere sectoren zoals marketing, productontwikkeling en operations.
