What is organizational behaviour
A field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, gorups, and structure have on behaviour within organizations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge tward improving an organization’s effectiveness

Intuition is often based on inaccurate information.

Faddism is prevalent in management

Can be time-consuming
