A
through the process of observation , Modelling , imitation and reinforcement

What does it suggest about children?
A
that their behaviour becomes consistent with gender roles observed within their parents , peers and social groups and when they are old enough to know what gender they are they imitate the same sex peers

the media provides gender stereotypical behaviour which again is imitated by children

A
children are encouraged to take part in stereotypical behaviour of their gender being rewarded for doing so through praise and attention
