I strive in a healty competitive environment which brings positive dynamic to the team. Learning by doing combined with fail fast and learn fast applying the design thinking approach which puts the human in the center of thought.

What gets you out of bed in the morning and to work?
MyBelief: Let me explain to you what travelling means to me. It means spreading your life all over the world. Not only does it enable you to discover other languages and cultures, it also helps you to develop your mind to understand that there is not only one truth in the world, to tolerate others than yours and to even teach others about yours. My passion in travelling lies in decoding each others truth to find mutual understanding. Via air transportation Airbus facilitates this cross border exchange and therewith naturally fosters peace education.
