Regional Pays d’OC. It is France’s largest IGP and most exported.

Awarded in 1987 for dry white, rose,red and sweet white.

They produce over 92% of all Fench varietal wines.

Merlot, Cab.Sauv., Syrah - over 80%

Thye can show the various varieties provided they are principal grapes and each at least form 15% of the total.
Can white and red grapes be mixed in Pays d’Oc wines?
Yes - provided they are fermented together and white grapes form no more tahn 20% of the final blend.
