Once 80% decelerated rate has been achieved. If on a contaminated or slippery runway it may not be seen if DECEL rate not achieved.

What is the effect of selecting “ANTI-SKID NWS” off?
Braking system switches to alternate braking

Gear not locked in desired position, ie in transit, not uplocked or downlocked
