Flaps move to position 3, slats maintain position 2
What is the difference between selecting flaps 1 in the air and on the ground?
Ground CONF 1+F
Air CONF 1 (SLATS ONLY)

Actual flap lever position
Overspeed warnings and VLS are based on what?
Actual slat/flap position
What protections may come in to play when operating at heavy weights?

With a dual channel failure or loss of flaps and slats, why is it still necessary to select CONF 1?
In order to have go-around mode
In the flap and slats jammed failure, why is it recommended to maintain Vapp or VLS whichever is higher?
