Parakasa’s chitchakthi sakti goes thru sushuma and spreads to all 72000 nadis. Know her by looking inward.

A

Movement is because of Prana sakti. So if there is movement in body, then Prana is there. Who is one giving Prana. If we turn inwards we can slowly negate body, mind and intellect as temporary. What is left and what can’t be removed is Paramatma. The life giving force for Prana is Amma. Kundalini is mukhya pranam.

She is worshipped by Martanda Bhairava or Surya.Surya is the sources of life forces on Earth. His rays bestow light to the plants, which are able to extract the prana sakti. We depend on the plants to get the prana sakti.
All the prana sakti in Surya is Ammas. Martanda is one who gives chaitanyam to darkness and ignorance.
Bhairava is bha+ra+va = srishti + sthithi + laya;
Nada swarupam in surya mandalam is bhairava.

Sat Chit Anandam are her attributes. She is the same in the past, present and future. She gave Kalidas gives darshanam as Satya Jnana rupam. She wrote a bija akshralu on his tongue and he becomes a great poet.
Amma is Ananda rupini. Gives temporary as well as permanent happiness.

A

Equanimity; Seeing all beings as equal and seeing God pervading through all is the truly wise. From mosquito to elephant God pervades, so don’t judge by forms.
It is yagnam to see all equally and the fruit of that is moksham. Experiencer and experienced are like waves in the ocean, when they are stilled what is left is equality, there is only chaitanyam or Paramatma. Amma pervades all equally.
Prakasa - Siva; Vimarsa - Sakti; The union of them is Samarasya. A true understanding between two is harmony. The world is because of their Samarasyam.

Para tatvam is hamsa, she is the essential prana rupini in the sushma nadi.
For our Mind to be like Manasa Sarovar and have Amma dwell as a swan, we need to control indriyalu and meditate.

Satya means the ultimate reality or Brahman.
Vrata means that which we do without fail and with faith, her dearest food.
‘Om Tat Sat’ : Told by Krishna in Gita. Can offer any karma with the ending of ‘Om tat sat Brahmaarpana astu’ to take away any blemishes from the work.

The sakti of Brahma or Saraswati Devi. Ani means that which is in the topmost or end (tail).
She dwells in the tail of the Anandamaya kosa, or Ani means one who moves the reality to action, indwelling power of reality.

The one sakti in the Bahu rupa is Lalitha Parameswari.
