Varuni-mada-vivhala
- Drunk with date wine, Sri Devi is immersed in Shiva
- Varuni(nadi), with breath control we can control this Nadi, which helps with excretion function.
- Maha Yogis with pranayama control this nadi and have unbroken dhyana since they don’t have to worry about bodily functions
Visvadhika
Sivatatva to Prithvi tatva are 36 tatvas which run the world
5 Pancha bhuta 5 Karmaindriyas 5 Jnyanaindriya 5 Pacha kosalu 4 Anthakaranas (4 parts) 7 Maya Tatva 5 Siva Tatva
Amma is spread thru all of these and yet in the top most of them all
Vedavedya
Only through the gates of the vedas can She be reached
Vindhyachala-Nivasini
She was born as ‘Yoga Maya’ to Yashodha Devi in Dwapara Yuga. When kamsa tries to kill her, she flies away to top of Vindhyachala Mountain.
Vidhatri
Thru Brahma she gave vedas to devotees. She gives karma phalalu equally to all. Dharmarupini, srishti, sthithi, laya karini.
Veda-Janani
Mother of the vedas; All dharmas, all gnyanam comes from the vedas.
‘Vid’ means gnyanam.
Vedas are not created by people, directly from Her
Vedas are her breath. She is Gayatri Devi.
Sabda Brahma Swaroopini.
Visnu-maya
Creates 'maya', where you can't if its real or not. Ma - means no Ya - means yes Maya - illusory, real/unreal Trigunathma rupam of Paramatma
Vilasini
Natya Sastra Swaroopam. All a dancers poses and mudras in her kalpam. She does all the movements in the universe.
Maya is Paramatma’s abhinayam
Vilasini is mohini Sakti
Sadhaka can be drowned in her maya, tests the devotee to get liberation
She is the path to liberation and she is the obstacle for liberation as well.
Kundalini Sakti awakens and moves up, at the Brahma randra sthanam (moksham gate), she is a film that blocks the way to the Sahasrara.
Surrender at her feet to remove the curtain.
Ksetra-svarupa
The highest consciousness to the grossest matter and space consists of ksetras. It is all her form.
Punya ksetras are where yogis have done great tapas

One who says “I am the body” is the ksetrapaludu; use this body to pray to Amma. She is worshipped by all

- Amma defeated many rakshasalu
- She is Aparajita- always victorious, without defeat
Amma’s devotees are also never defeated.
Real victory is moksham
Vimala
She has no blemishes, such as ignorance, avidya;
No bodily excretions such as tears, sweat, urine
She is not associated with them
Vandhya
One who is fit to be worshipped by all
If we do Namaskaralu to God all indriyalu will be nourished. She delivers us from papalu. Gives Sakala Sowbhagyalu.
Vandaru-Jana-Vatsala
Jagadamba.
She is affectionate with the devotees.
She gives longevity, knowledge, face and prosperity if we prostrate with trikarana(mind, body, action) sudhhi.
Vagavadini
‘Vag’ bijam
She is one of the Anga devathlu, She is beside Symala Devi who is a Gnyana Devatha.
Resides in the Sri Chakra

Her grace gives us intellect and the ability to express it.
She also helps us retain the knowledge
Vamakesi
Beautiful Hair
If we contemplate on her thick tresses our darkness will disappear.
Kesamulu - Rays
Vamanamu - disperse downward
She showers us the rays of the sun, moon, fire; nourishing the world.
Ekadasa rudrulu and navagrahalu are all vamakesalu
Vahni-Mandala Vasini
Amma lives in the agni mandalam

In muladhara if kudalini is awakened, it is like an agni flow
She gives buddhi, gives us all vidhyalu
Bhaktimat-Kalpa-Latika
Kalpa-Lata : wish-fulfilling creeper
Whatever stage her devotees are, she fulfills their wishes and takes them to next stage
She not only fulfills wishes she takes us towards moksham if we surrender to her
Pasu-Pasa-Vimochini
Pasu - ignorant man ( avidya - sees difference between self and God)
Pasa- rope of bondage
vimochini - freedom
Pasas - old karmas
Pasupati - time, space and jiva are controlled by iswara
- She takes away bondage of limitations
- As you pray and surrender to her she will remove the avidya of differentiate between you and her
Samhrtasesa-Pasanda
Samhr - destruction
asesa - without any leftovers
Pasanda - turns away from vedas/dharma
She totally removes the inner enemy of disbelief
Sadachara pravarthika
Enforces good conduct
She stands with us to help in good conduct.
Tapatrayagni santhaptha samahladhana chandrika
Sudhamaya bindhu in sahasrara. Amma like chandrika will cool down tapatrayalu
- Removing sorrows due to adhyathmika, adhibouthika and adhidaivika will remove all sorrow.
- when kundalini awakens at muladhara, travels up through manipura and agna, reachs sahasrara and liberates the devotees.

Tapasi = devotee with single pointed focus who controls sense organs and mind

Para
This is her shabdha brahman form. This name refers to her unmanifested form.
Prakasa form is Siva and vimarsha form is shakthi. They both are indivisible.
Para means highest, absolute, pure form.
The sound in this stage can be called seed that has not yet germinated.
In human beings para in is the form of kundalini energy when it begins its ascent from mooladhara chakra.
Prathyak - chithirupa
Prathyak means turning inwards towards the soul.
Chith means consciousness - she is in the form of innerself.
Inner consciousness is the supreme level of consciousness.
The senses are by nature outgoing and cannot see the self within. Rarely a wise man who seeks liberation withdraws his senses from external world to the self within.
