Vishvagarbhaa
From her womb ( the reason) came the whole universe.
After dissolution, she holds onto the bijam and creates srushti again. The universe is within her and she is in all the universe (chaitanya rupam).
Svarnagarbhaa
All metals are hidden is in the Prithvi (Bhoo matha), so she has gold also in her.
Shubham kaliginche aksharalu, she has also the letters within her.
She has vedanta vidya is in her womb.
Varadaa
Grants all our wishes that are good ones, especially moksham.
Vagadheeshvaree
Vak devata, she is the controller of words from thought to spoken word.
Dhyaanagamyaa
Through meditation we can reach the goal (gamyaa).
Dhyaanam, Dhata, Dheya. Meditation, Meditator, One to meditate on.
Control indriyalu and keep mind focused to do meditation.
Question ourselves, Who am I?
Aparachchedyaa
Parachcheyaam is temporary. Amma is Aparachchedyaam.
Gnyaanadaa
If we meditate on her she will give us Gnyaanam. She gives us Brahmavidya. She is Parabrahma swarupini. She gives all types of Gnyanam, to understand, to express.
Gnyaana Vigraahaa
Personification of Gnyaanam (knowledge);
Saguna Brahma, Sat Chit Ananda swarupam.
She is shining in us as Akanda Gnyaana Swarupam.
Sarva vedanta samvedya sathyananda swaroopini
She is present in all the vedantas as rasa swaroopini.
she shines in our bodies as prana, anna and adithya sakthi. Sat, chit, ananda swaroopini.
Lopamudrarchitha
When a devotee reaches the samadhi state they forget mudralu and kriyalu.
One who is able to see ammas manthra swaroopam and gives it to the world are called drashtas. Lopamudra is one of the drashtas.
Leela kluptha brahmanda mandala
She organizes and administers the brahmanda mandalas with ease.
leela = that cannot be explained with logic
paramatmas actions are leelalu.
Adrusya Drusya rahitha
She is nirguna para brahma swaroopam that cannot be seen with mere eyes. She is visible to those who turn inward and away from material things.
Name and form are Drusyam
Asthi, Bathi and priyam is in our body as energy and cannot be seen.
Vignathri
She knows everything. There is nothing that she does not know.
Vedyavarjitha
She is complete vedanta knowledge. There is nothing that is beyond or different from her. She is known only through meditation.
Yogini
Yogam = union.
= the path that leads to salvation
= bliss in samadhi state when jivatma and paramatma are one
= to view the whole creation as one irrespective of the differences
yogini is one who experiances yogam

She is the support for the whole universe.

She is both the real & unreal; the drik and the drisya; She is the cause and effect; She is running the universe.
Astamurtih
She has eight forms.
Universal 8 forms: Pancha bhutas, Sun, Moon, Man
8 form in Man: Pancha bhutas, Manas, Buddhi, Ahamkaram
Aja-Jaitri
One without beginning or ending.
Jaitri: jyeyam is her svabhavam, does not know defeat.
She can end the ignorance of her devotees.
Loka-yatra-vidhayini
She rules the world with a plan. A man’s life journey is determined by Amma. Surrender to her and she will take care of the ups and downs of life.
Ekakini
Alone. She does not need any support or help. Advaita Murthy.
Bhuma-rupa
Atma-tatvam is Lalitha Devi. She seems like she is many yet is non-dual or one.
Nirdvaita
One without a second. Parabrahma and Jiva are one. The world is delusion, thru knowledge we see the oneness of all. Need to drop body identification to realize Advaita bhavana.
Dvaita-varjita
Devotee must be able to transcend the ever present delusion of duality to see the reality.
Annada
Annada, Vasuda, Vrddha are called Savitri Vidya
Annada is Giver of food. Amma as surya gives sustenance to the gross body.
Prakriti ->Ahamkara->5 bhutas->Medicinal roots->Annam
Nourishing the sthula sarira leads to gaining knowledge by the sukshma sarira.
3 doshas of food:
Jati Dosham: intrinsic properties of different foods
Asreya Dosham: The vessels that are used (clean)
Nimitya Dosham: Where the food is grown and nurtured
Therefore offer all food to God and accept as prasad to remove all dosham
Vasuda
Giver of wealth. No dearth for devotees. In this world she provides wealth and leads devotees to ultimate wealth (moksham).
Vrddha
Oldest, since everything is created by her.
Brahmathmaikya swaroopini
Hamsa mantra is synchronized with breath we recite 21,600 times daily. This name says everything that exists in the universe is Brahman.
Brihathi
She is bigger than the biggest. This name also refers to
the 36 meter vedic chandassu
Brahmani
Siva is brahman, his consort is brahmani.
Brahmi
She is the goddess of speech. She is one of the ashta mathrukas.
Brahmananda
Mother is eternal bliss.
Balipriya
She will be happy when offering portion of food to all the creatures also called Bhutha yagna and when offering food to gods.
She is fond of devotees with physical and mental strength.
Basharupa
Nada swaroopini manifests as speech and languages.
Bruhathsena
Srividya has all mantras. All mantra sakthis are her army.
Bhavabhava vivarjitha
She is free from existence and non existence. She is both brahman and maya.
maya is the cause of Abhava.
Sukharadhya
She should be worshipped comfortably without any hardships. Worshipping chakras with single minded devotion and meditation is the only way to please mother.
Subhakari
Gives good fortune. Siva is subhakarudu, his wife subhakari
Sobhana Sulabagathihi
worshipping her with good nature will lead to moksham
Rajarajeswari
She is the ruler of brahma, vishnu and rudra. They al worship her.
Siva is Rajarajeswarudu, his wife rajarajeswari
Rajyadhayini
Administers the whole universe.
She gives right to live in Vikuntam for good karma, those with bad karma will be sent to hell. For those whose karmic account is totally exhausted they will be given liberation.
Rajyavallabha
She is the queen of queens.
Adi devatha for all the dieties in sri chakra.
Rajathkrupa
She is full of compassion, kindness, affection and love for her devotees.
Rajapeeta nivesitha nijasrithah
She gifts kingdoms to those who surrender to her, tests them with temptation. those who do not yield to temptation and given a place in her kingdom.
Rajyalaxmi
whole universe belongs to her. She is the supreme authority and controls the wealth of the universe.
Kosanatha
kingdoms wealth is stored in place called kosam.
Our body has 5 sheaths - Annamaya, pranamaya, manomaya, vignanamaya and anandamaya kosam.
In the subtle body mind, intellect, conciousness and ego. Beyond these is self illuminating atma.
All kingdoms have 4 strengths - Elephants, horses, chariots and infantry.
Samrajyadayini
Brahma, Vishnu and maheswara kingdoms are all part of srichakram. Devotees who worship her are given a space in 9th and 10th forts in srichakram.
Satyasandha
She gives high priority to truth.
Sagaramekhala
Entire water bodies form her girdle.
Bhoodevi is one of the planets.
Deekshitha
Initiation of mantra by guru.
Dhee = giver of knowledge
Ksha = remover of sins
she gives high rank to her devotees who surrender to her.
Daithyasamani
Asura = they acquire knowledge and use it for selfish purposes. Anger and greed in our body.
Destroying the asuras is part of lokarakshana.
Sarvalokavasankari
All the worlds are in her control
Sarvardhadathri
she guides her devotees in dharma to attain artha and kama. she gives purity of mind to attain liberation.
Savithri
Savitha = sun savanam = creation, yagnam. she is the inspiration for all the creation. she is gayatri in sun Savitri upasana is adithya hrudayam.
Sachithanandarupini
Sat = truth unconditioned by time and space
Chit = pure consciousness
Ananda = bliss
these are the basic forms of the ultimate.
Desakala parichinna
not bounded by time and space.
Brahman is in the form of saguna ( sakthi) and nirguna( siva) and has no boundaries.
Sarvaga
another name for saraswathi devi
she is omnipresent as energy everywhere in the entire universe.
Sarvamohini
she is as maya that is necessary to administer the universe.
Knowledge is enveloped in ignorance. Infinite maya pervades universe as prakasa, vimarsa and maha maya swaroopini. Maya is an obstacle in realizing brahman. She will eliminate her maya for those sadhakas who worship her earnestly.
In the 1st avarana of srichakram she is called Tri lokya mohana chakra swamini.
Saraswathi
she is Gayathri at dawn, Savithri in the noon, saraswathi is the dusk.
she is the energy that flows in the body as kundalini
Sastramayi
all the sastras are her form. Knowledge is sastram. All the vedas, upanishads, smruthis etc are from her.
When one worships saraswathi, she gives them the sastram and guru to attain liberation.
Guhamba
mother of subrahmanyaswamy.
one who protects the jiva that is caged in the body.
Guhyarupini
she is hidden as atma in everyones heart.
Upanishad rupini, vedanta vidya.
Sarvopadhi vinirmuktha
She disspells ignorance. she is free of all limitations and forms( upadhis)
Sada siva pathivratha
she supports siva in his 5 actions in a dharmic way.
siva should be thought of when worshipping mother.
Samprdayeswari
She is the administrator and giver of good sampradayam.
Siva and parvathi are adi gurus.
Sadhvi
Sa + Adhyam = good path. guides from ignorance to knowledge.
Sadhu + E = has good qualities. dosent harm anyone.
Eam bijam gives progress in spiritual path
Gurumandala rupini
Siva is adi guru.
Gurumandalam has 3 parts - Divyogha = trimurthis and other gods, Sadyogha - Rushis and sadhus, Manavougha - Humans.
with these gurus one gets eligibility to worship amma.
Kulotheerna
Kulam = collection.
our body is a kulam.
She gives the knowledge of oneness among the collection.
Bhagaraadhya
Mother is worshipped as Bhagamalini, 2nd in Tithinitya devathas.
Bhaga means Surya(Sun God). Ammavaru is worshipped in Surya mandalam, hence She;s Bhagaraadhya.
Mayaa
This is Ammavaru’s extraordinary power.
Other names for Mayaa are Avyaktham, Avyakrutham, Prakriti and Pradhanam.
Ignorance is another name for Mayaa.
To get rid of Mayaa, we should hold the feet of Mayaathitha Paramatma.
Mayaa will disappear once when we realize that Nitya Nirmala Satchidananda is permanent.
Knowledge will dawn once we see Paramatma as real and the rest as unreal.
Mayaa is needed for creation, sustenance and dissolution.
Madhumati
Madhu means honey or anandam. Paramatma is Anandam
Paramatma as Madhu Sudhana will remove the sweetness(madhu) from worldly matter and gives us real bliss(anandam)
Lalithamma is also called as Madhumati as She’s the essence in this entire universe.
Amma as Gayatri, Savitri, Saraswati, Shastramayi and as Madhumati is taking care of the universe from the aditya mandalam.
Speech is the pranasakthi, we should also be gentle and sweet.Demonstration of skills is also a service to mother.
Mahi
Earth, bhoodevi, great, prakruthi.
Earth absorbs the subtle oils from sunrays. everything on the earth is from suns energy.
We should also have patience and forgiveness like mother earth.
Earth is the first among panch buthalu.
Ganamba
Mother of lord ganapathi.
ganamu = group.
She is the mother for all that is in the universe, all the vedas.
Guhyakaradhya
Yakshas are called Guhyakas.
Kubera is the lord of yakshas.
they all worship mother internally, secretively in their hearts. Agna to sahasrara is called guhya sthanam.
one who is worshipped internally in the heart, between the eyebrows and sahsrara.
Komalangi
She is delicate and beautiful.
Gurupriya
Adi guru is sri dakshinamurthy who is none other than parama siva. She is sivas beloved.
vamam = amma, dakshinam = siva.
At kotappakonda only dakshinam is present in the idol. she is one with siva.
she is very pleased with the gurus and gives knowledge to them.
Svathantra
she is independent, even Eswara is under her control.
Tantram is the technical knowledge of worshipping god. Srividya tantram is special and independent.
Sarvatantresi
she is the administrator of 64 tantras.
Consort of Esudu is Esi.
Dakshinamurthyrupini
Siva in dakshinamurthy form gives brahmavidya to the sages. Dakshatha= skill. Siva is skilled in creation, maintenance, destruction and dissolution. Siva and sakthi are the same.
Dakshina + Amurthy = saguna + nirguna
Aruna = Achalam = amma + immovable.
Sanakadhisamaradhya
she is worshipped by 4 brahmaputras, sanka etc .
Sivagnanapradhayini
she gives the knowledge of siva which is also brahmavidya.
Srividya explains the greatness of siva.
Siva = good.
when the mind is peaceful that state is called siddhi.
Chitkala
paramatma is chit
kala is ammas energy.
she is present as chit in all jivas.
Anandakalika
chit + ananda = chidananda. she is in all beings as chidananda.
awakened kundalini is chitkalanandakalika.
Premarupa
She is the embodiment of love.
love varies with the situation like mothers love, friendship etc. wherever there is love amma is present there.
Devotion is love for her.
Priyankari
she always gives her devotees what they desire.
she looks at visveswaras creation with love as visalakshi.
the most beloved in this universe is atma. She is atma is all beings.
Namaparayanapreetha
She is pleased when one chants her name with concentration and understanding the meaning.
nama smarana = continuous repetition of the name
nama sankeerthana = bajan etc
nama parayana = chanting the name with concentration and understanding the meaning.
para + ayana = surrender
Nandividya
is the same as nama parayana vidya. it is the sakthi of parvathi and parameswara.
Nandiswara is the author of her 20,732 names and explained how to worship her.
Nateswari
She is the consort of Nataraj who is chidambaram dakshinamurthy. the movements in dance are her form.
Mithya + jagath + adishtana
parabrahma is the truth. that which is not truth is mithya.
combination of birth and death is jagath. She administers and protects the jagath.
Mukthida
She gives liberation.
Mukthirupini
she is liberation.
Lasyapriya
dance by siva is thandavam, by mother is lasyam.
nruthammu = dance by siva in the evening.
nruthyam = dance with talam and expression
natyam = dance with different instruments, poses.
lasyam = delicate dance by amma.
