I met my wife in Ukraine. It’s kind of funny because she’s from Philadelphia and I’m from California. We probably never would have met here in the U.S., but luckily we did in Ukraine.

I grew up submerged in the rich history of Ireland and its heritage, and also with the incredible customs of Mexico and Latin America. Although sometimes this meant that I needed to run away from my mother and her chancla.
But that’s another story …
