Plan and develop services, provide contracts for doctors, dentists and pharmacists

Influence health via environment, housing, education, social services and transport
What is the role of NGO’s (Nongovernmental Organizations) in the MD approach?
British heart foundation/ cancer research, government funds these campaigns via these NGO’s
