Q

What are the different types of differentiation potentials?

A

Totipotent - can diff into all cell types inc extra embryonic structures

Q

How can stem cells be used for therapy?

A
  1. Allogenic - derived from donor and expanded in the lab
  2. Autologus - transplants are from the same patient e.g iPSCs
  3. Recruitment of endogenous SC from the same tissue
