Flexion

A

Agonist: Hamstring
Antagonist: Quadriceps

Active: ‘Bring foot up towards bum’ (led on back)

Passive:
- Bring front of foot against hip and push heel towards their bum (on their side)
- OR hold knee and ankle and push ankle towards bum

Resisted: Resist ankle, client pulls foot to bum (led on front)

A

Agonist: Quadricep
Antagonist: Hamstrings

Active: ‘Straighten knee’ from flexed (led on back)

Passive: From flexed hold above knee and ankle and straighten out leg (led on back)

Resisted: Resisted at ankle from flexed and get the to straighten leg (led on front)

Agonist: Gracilis+sartorius
Antagonist: Hamstrings

Active: Bring toes and shin to face other leg (sat with legs dangling)

Passive: Hold top of knee and bottom of heel

Resisted: Resist the inner side of the foot with forearm

Active: Bring toes and shin away from other leg (sat with legs dangling)

Passive: Hold top of knee and bottom of heel

Resisted: Resist the outer side of the foot with forearm
