The attorney could take the car, but would have to park it somewhere secure, if there’s any expenses to park it, that money will come from the client
If a client gave you a car as a retainer, can you use the car?
Not until you’d earned all of the fees that paid for the car

Yes, as long as you do not commingle with your own, and you must keep detailed records so that you can determine whose money is whose
If you and your client have a dispute about how much your fees should be, and your client thinks out of $100,000 settlement, you should get $20,000, but you think you should get $30,000, how much money must you leave in the client trust account until the dispute is settled?
$10,000 because that is the amount in dispute
