High RS, high alcohol wines made from Chardonnay, poulsard and Savagnin blends. grapes dried on straw mats for 6 weeks aft harvest. No Pinot noir. Aged for 3 years, half of which is in neutral wood.
What is vin jaune?
100% Savagnin wine with a curried, nutty flavor. Oxidized and aged in barrel until 6 years after harvest. Develops a voile and is bottled in a squat bottle called a clavelin.

Cremant de Jura. They are from the AOC of the same name.
