monotheism is a central belief within judaism there is one god who is indivisible and unique this is shown clearly in the first lines of the shema which states “hear o Isreal the lord is our god the lord alone” shame is considered to be the ,most important prayer
in jeudaism god is believed to be omnipotent and omnipresent this reinforces the belief there is one god who alone has these qualities many jews show their respect for god by not speaking his name

judaism teaches that god created the world and all that it is in it in genesis 1 in the torah god is shown as an omniscient and transcendent creator when he creates he does so with oder design and a clear purpose gneiss 1:3 outlines how god created day and night these verse show how god is an omnipotent creator who creates through his word alone genies goes on to give details of the details of a order in which god created everything

judaism teaches that god wants humans to live sa specific way so he repellents the torah to Moses this contains the 613 mitzvoth which Moses taught to the Israelites these dates are requites for each jew to live a good moral like they also help to create a society that is fair equal and moral as god wanted form the basis of jewish ethics

for jews god is a law giver and therefore also a judge he will judge individuals on how well they follow the torah and the dates he has given to them as jews believed god is omniscient many believe that god judges every movement of their lives
