- Spoke to financial analyst at Jp Morgan named Ibraheem who had gone through this program, and we spoke for over an hour about his experience.
- The more we spoke the more it became clear that my skillset in customer service, financial planning and analysis and teamwork would make me an exceptional fit at the organization

- Describe a time when you received constructive feedback, and how you responded.
A
- Operator Onboarding Form
- Manage trucks utilized by organization
‘bible’ for operators - difficult aligning goals with all interns
- took the initiative to sit everyone down and go over the task as well as our respective goals and visions
- reached a common ground and put out a document that we were all happy with
- final product received a lot of praise, and targeted the final goal so effectively that it is actually being used by the company right now

- while this may sound like a generic answer, i truly mean this wholeheartedly, I believe my greatest skill is my resilience
- talk about first year struggles
- cannot guarantee that i will get everything right on the first try, but i will guarantee that i will not stop until i get the task right
