    • Spoke to financial analyst at Jp Morgan named Ibraheem who had gone through this program, and we spoke for over an hour about his experience.
    • The more we spoke the more it became clear that my skillset in customer service, financial planning and analysis and teamwork would make me an exceptional fit at the organization

A
  • Badger
  • took initiative to create spreadsheet (daily sales chart) without approval on formatting
  • spreadsheet format was wrong, but he was grateful and appreciative that i took the initiative to start it on my own rather than wait for his instructions even though I was not fully confident

  • Operator Onboarding Form
  • Manage trucks utilized by organization
  • ‘bible’ for operators
  • difficult aligning goals with all interns
  • took the initiative to sit everyone down and go over the task as well as our respective goals and visions
  • reached a common ground and put out a document that we were all happy with
  • final product received a lot of praise, and targeted the final goal so effectively that it is actually being used by the company right now
