- Spoke to financial analyst at Jp Morgan named Ibraheem who had gone through this program, and we spoke for over an hour about his experience.
- The more we spoke the more it became clear that my skillset in customer service, financial planning and analysis and teamwork would make me an exceptional fit at the organization

A
- Badger
- took initiative to create spreadsheet (daily sales chart) without approval on formatting
- spreadsheet format was wrong, but he was grateful and appreciative that i took the initiative to start it on my own rather than wait for his instructions even though I was not fully confident

- Tell me about a time when you had a positive impact on a project. How did you measure your success?

- Operator Onboarding Form
- Manage trucks utilized by organization
- ‘bible’ for operators
- difficult aligning goals with all interns
- took the initiative to sit everyone down and go over the task as well as our respective goals and visions
- reached a common ground and put out a document that we were all happy with
- final product received a lot of praise, and targeted the final goal so effectively that it is actually being used by the company right now

Todoist, Streaks, Google Calendar
- tracking positive habits
- being cognitive of how i spend my time (maximize operational efficiency)
- schedule meetings (being a good team member)

- this means two things: quality and timelines
