- determine what is feasible and what is not feasible
- i take comfort is realizing that if something is within my control, then i have the tools to resolve the stressful situation regardless of how difficult it may be, and that there is no reason to stress
- furthermore, if the situation is out of my control, i also take comfort in realizing that the situation is what it is and again there is nothing to be stressed about, and that I should instead focus my attention on next steps

- customer focus means working and serving others to the best of your ability
- teamwork means fostering a healthy and happy community
- if hired, I intend to apply all of these principles to my work, which will be very easy to do as I hold all of these principles close to my heart as well.
