Q
  1. How do you handle stressful situations?
A
  • my first step is typically meditation
  • i believe the best way to approach any stressful situation is with a clear head
  • i then plan my course of action
  • determine what is feasible and what is not feasible
  • i take comfort is realizing that if something is within my control, then i have the tools to resolve the stressful situation regardless of how difficult it may be, and that there is no reason to stress
  • furthermore, if the situation is out of my control, i also take comfort in realizing that the situation is what it is and again there is nothing to be stressed about, and that I should instead focus my attention on next steps
