A

Market town rents have declined, especially since covid. However, our building was located in the prime area therefore was at the higher range of the rents.

A

This was the property which had wool slabs, noted due the defects, we highlighted this to the client and made an assumption that was reasonable to assume it was fine. Client instrcuted survey and it was fine.
