Unit communication failure
When the reason for communication failure is within the ATS unit
Aircraft out of range

If applicable, the word heavy can be dropped. No other abbreviations are to be made

RESCUE followed by the flight number -CASARA followed by the AC registration -SERABEC followed by the AC registration.
