A manual regarding the operation of a specific unit. May be made digital, but a hard copy must be kept and maintained
OCR
Operation Condition Report -may be filed on any item or subject they feel impedes the achievement of operational effectiveness
AOR
Aviation Occurence Report -to report any aircraft occurence, operating irregularity, incident, or accident.
