Prednisolone acetate 1% q 2 hrs, 2% cyclogyl when better, qid x 1 month , then taper. F u 2 days oph
If no more AC cells, can PF taper weekly qid , tid, bid, qid, off
Can add cyclotron qhs x 1wk for sx relief
