Tx internal hordeolum

Dicloxacillin 250 mg po qid x 10 days or 500 mg bid  x 7-10 days or keflex (cephelexin) 250 mg po qid - 10 days
Or augmentin (amoxicillin clauvulanate)500 mg po bid x 7-10 days

Contraindicated for kids under age 8 , pregnant, breast feeding

If allergy tp PCN or macrolide, can rx Zithromax z pack- 500 mg day1 , then 250 mg x 4 next days.
