> s12 - FUNCTION of Auth to RECEIVE compl and INV/ACT
s13 - Comm to notifiy of serious bodily harm and death a.s.a.practical
s15 - Comm to notify of every compl, a.s.a.pract but no later than 5 working days after reporting
s20 - Comm to report outcome of invest no later than 2 mnths after invest completed.
What are the categories?
Cat 1 - serious and the auth may do their own invest
Cat 2 - serious/significant auth will oversee Police invest
Cat 4 - Auth leave for Police to invest capable of early resolution
Cat 5 - minor
Initial Action notifying IPCA
