Q

when do you use the sign test?

Q

how do you carry out the sign test?

A
  • find out observed value
  • find N (number of ppts)
  • compare the observed value with the critical value
  • if your observed value is less than or equal to the critical value, you have a significant value and can reject the null hypothesis
