- Property address
- Date of inspection
- Weather conditions
- North point
- Time of arrival & departure

At the front of the house, think about adding:
- Roads
- Pavements incl. direction of sloping roads and pavements
- Water meters

- Any front garden area including trees and shrubs
- Make note of boundary, construction, condition
