A

Endometrial in origine

Some: Submucous fibroids

A

Women 40-50yrs
High oestrogen levels
Postmenopausual women if on Tamoxifen for breast carcinoma

A

Asymptomatic
Often menorrhagia & intramenstrual bleeding
Occasionally: Cervical prolapse

A

Ultrasound

Hysteroscopy performed due to abnormal bleeding
