What are the signs and symptoms of an amphetamine intoxication?

A patient comes in and is acting very paranoid about their surroundings, has an increased heart rate and BP, dilated pupils, and sweating. The patient is also having some difficulty understanding what is happening around them. What substance intoxication do you suspect?
