I did ask the tenant about what I saw. They told me no one was living in the property.

I could had told them that they were not permitted to use the property for residential use. If there was someone living in the property this would had potential modern slavery concerns.

A

The landlord had a surveyor from their internal team investigate and inspect the property. They had to ensure their tenant complied with the law and there was no modern slavery present in the property they owned.
