Achilles tendinitis
Achilles’ tendon is at back of ankle connecting the gastrocnemius to the heel bone
Tendinitis is an over use causing pains and inflammation
What is a stress fracture
Area becomes tender and swollen
Happens when muscles are fatigued so can’t absorb the added shock and the overload leads to a tiny crack in the bone
What is tennis elbow
Muscles and tendons attached to the elbow become inflamed and cause tiny tears
