What do I do if the suspect is present at the scene?
Acronym: RSA IR
R - Routes use by the suspect, isolate them, ask them to co-operate
S - Search suspect if required
A - Appearance, demeanour, condition
I - Interview suspect where appropriate
R - Record comments made by suspects
