Volunteering or leadership programs
Ben volunteers in local primary schools where he runs sport sessions and competitions. Ben may have completed one of the many volunteering or leadership programs offered by the Youth Sports Trust. By working with younger students, Ben is helping with the UST aims of giving all children a sporting start, a sporting chance, and allowing them to achieve their sporting best.

British Gymnastics are responsible for overseeing gymnastics in the country from the development of elite athletes and organising competitions to marketing and promotion. British Gymnastics work with and train coaches, judges, volunteers and performers. They help, support and advise clubs on best practice to increase performance and participation.
British gymnastics runs a talent-identification program.
British Gymnastics will support ben’s performance development by providing highly experienced coaching, access to well-resourced gymnastics facilities and support though their high performance programme.
